- Abstract: This chapter offers pieces of advice for teenagers on achieving and maintaining physical and mental health. By sticking to the company of people who are positive and encouraging, one's attitude toward oneself and others can shift to a more positive position. Finding others who enjoy the same physical activities you enjoy can also be a great way to keep yourself motivated and on track. When it comes to health and happiness, one needs to be proactive. Think positive. Enlist some friends or family members as supporters in your efforts to get healthy. Keep in mind that physical health is a key component of mental and emotional health.
