Charleston County Public Library is proud to host the Board of Voters Registration and Elections for “Behind the Ballot,” a program series for adults that offers an inside look at how elections are conducted and why they matter.

  • Go behind the scenes with the Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections to learn how polling locations are secured, poll workers are trained, and voting equipment is prepared to ensure a smooth and secure election.

 

Behind the Ballot: Election Night and Certification in Charleston County

  • Wednesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. | Keith Summey North Charleston Library
  • Discover what happens after the polls close—from results reporting to the certification process—and how election officials immediately begin preparing for the next election.

 

Behind the Ballot: Understanding Primary Elections in South Carolina
