Distribuce komparativních výhod na trhu s cukrem v zemích EU a specifické postavení českých exportů. (Czech)

DISTRIBUTION OF COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGES ON SUGAR MARKET IN EU COUNTRIES AND SPECIFIC POSITION OF CZECH EXPORTS. (English)

The article aims to identify the trend in the development of comparative advantages concerning foreign trade activities of individual EU countries within a simplified vertical representing the sugar market at the level of sugar beet -- sugar -- confectionery. The aim is to identify the manner of comparative advantages distribution at the level of individual EU member states in relation to the EU market. The results of the above analysis proved a significant concentration of the territorial structure of exports within the internal market of EU countries, especially in relation to sugar beet and sugar exports. The significant factors determining the state and development of comparative advantages are the reform process of the sugar market in EU countries, and EU Common Trade Policy. In relation to the Czech Republic, it can be stated that Czechia is able to maintain comparative advantages in relation to both sugar and confectionery exports. The existence of comparative advantages has been demonstrated both at the level of the EU internal market and at the level of several bilaterally oriented trade flows, especially in relation to neighboring countries [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Článek má za cíl identifikovat trend v oblasti vývoje komparativních výhod týkajících zahraničně obchodních aktivit jednotlivých zemí Evropské unie v rámci zjednodušené vertikály reprezentující cukerní trh na úrovni cukrová řepa -- cukr -- cukrovinky. Z výsledků provedené analýzy vyplývá výrazná koncentrace teritoriální struktury exportů v rámci vnitřního trhu zemí EU, a to zejména ve vztahu k exportům cukrové řepy a cukru. Výrazně nižší míru teritoriální koncentrace exportů vykazuje obchod s cukrovinkami. Určujícím faktorem determinujícím stav a vývoj komparativních výhod je v minulosti realizovaný reformní proces trhu s cukrem v zemích Evropské unie a roli také má Společná obchodní politika zemí EU. Ve vztahu k České republice lze konstatovat, že ta si je schopna udržet komparativní výhody jak ve vztahu k exportům cukru, tak i cukrovinek. Existence komparativních výhod byla prokázána jak na úrovni vnitřního trhu zemí EU, tak i na úrovni řady bila terálně orientovaných toků, a to zejména ve vztahu k sousedním zemím.
