CHARLESTON, S.C. - If you love learning more about trucks, boats, even helicopters, you'll want to tune in to the Charleston County Public Library's Facebook page for Virtual Vehicles.

"Virtual Vehicles is this really fun program that we've been doing on Charleston County Public Library's Facebook Live every Thursday at 2 PM. It features different community vehicles. It's a way to learn about what these vehicles do, what the people that operate the vehicles do, how they get their jobs, and how the vehicles are important to our community," said Children's Programming Coordinator Jackie Peters.

The program features many interesting vehicles. So far, these include a fire truck, sea turtle rescue ambulance, dump truck, a historic plane from World War II, and more!

"What kid does not love to play with trucks, planes, boats, any type of vehicle? This is a really huge draw for little kids and those who are young at heart," Peters said.

And the audience gets to be a part of the fun. Those who tune in live on Facebook can ask questions to the experts.

"Because we're doing it on Facebook Live, we give the people who are watching an opportunity to ask questions, they can give us some likes and comments, and we'll answer," Peters said.

Tune into Virtual Vehicles every Thursday at 2 p.m. on Charleston County Public Library's Facebook page. To see past episodes and see a preview of the featured vehicles coming up, click here
