CHARLESTON, S.C. - It's time for the North Charleston Arts Fest, the annual multi-day celebration of arts and culture highlights national, regional, and local artists and performers in the areas of Dance, Music, Theatre, Visual Arts, Media Arts, and Literature. Join the city and CCPL for the 38th annual event set for April 28 - May 2, 2021.
