CHARLESTON, S.C. - Face it, we're four weeks into working from home and every one of your coworkers is getting tired of seeing each other's bare, boring walls. But it doesn't stop there! It extends to those video chats with family, friends, virtual dates, and even workouts.

But it doesn't have to be!

Your library is here to help you go on location for your next video call - virtually! Now you can cozy up at a table in the fiction section at Dorchester Road Library, or call dibs on a spot by the reference desk at John's Island Library. For you historians, you can even claim some space in the South Carolina Room!

Just think -- instead of cleaning the kitchen or the dining room to make your home presentable to your boss and coworkers, or that latest Bumble match, you can hide it all and appear outside the Young Adult section at Main (you even have the arcade games all to yourself).

Whether you're using Teams or Zoom, or WebEx there are instructions on how to change your virtual background. When you do, screen shot it and tag us on Facebook or Twitter so we can see in which building you've appeared.

To make it work on Skype or Discord, you can use a program like XSplit Vcam to customize your background.

On all the images below, just right click and "Save As..." to save it to your computer.

Grab a spot in the magazine area at Baxter-Patrick James Island.

Or enjoy your workday among the jungle cats at Dorchester Road Library.

Rain or shine won't matter with this background because it's always a sunny day outside Hurd/St. Andrews.

A bit too warm outside? Sit by the reference desk at John's Island Library.

More interested in history than popular fiction? There's always a spot for you in the South Carolina Room.

Feeling playful? Maybe it's date night! Good thing there are plenty of games loaded at the CCPL arcade outside the Teen Lounge at Main Library.

Are you more of the behind-the-scenes, early access kind of person? You can work from the new St. Paul's Hollywood Library and it's not even had its grand opening yet!

Of course, everyone loves the bright and cheery children's area at Wando Mount Pleasant! And no one has a space that looks like this.

Maybe you're an architecture buff who wants to spend some time admiring the roof line at Baxter-Patrick while you wait -- just a couple more minutes, really -- for everyone to get on the call.

If the mess and mayhem happening behind you really needs to be covered up, there's always sticking it behind a couple huge stacks of books at Main Library.

There's always those great workspaces at Wando Mount Pleasant to get some items checked off your to-do list. It just looks productive behind you!

You can always find a bright spot to work by the wall of windows at Baxter-Patrick James Island Library. And your coworkers will be envious of your amazing space.

You have the information your team needs. It says so right behind you! They can't argue with that. And you can't argue with this great backdrop from Dorchester Road Library to your workday.
