A staff member of the Community Engagement Department will review all submissions to ensure applicant’s programs align with CCPL’s mission and that presenters and performers meet CCPL standards. Note: Library programs are scheduled a minimum of four months in advance.
Marketing and Promotions

Please provide any publicity, brochures or marketing materials, including logos and images, using the file upload below.

Acceptable file formats for images or design elements: JPG, PNG, TIF, AI, EPS.
Acceptable file formats for brochures and other marketing materials: PDF.
To upload multiple files at once, put them together into either a ZIP or RAR archive file.
Maximum upload size is 10 MB.

Files must be less than 10 MB.
Allowed file types: jpg jpeg png eps tif psd pdf avi mov rar zip.
Other Information
Provide any A/V tools you'll require for the program, such as a projector, monitor, laptop, etc.
List any space considerations for your program, including a private room before or after, number of tables and chairs, open space in the program room, etc.

Presenters and performers may request to sell their artistic creations at the start or conclusion of their program, including but not limited to books, records, CDs, artwork, etc. Please note, that sales of such items may require a fee paid to the Friends of the Library.

If so, please note that CCPL staff will not be available to assist or conduct any sales and you must provide someone to run all transactions. A table can be provided and free WiFi is available in the building to connect your computer or smartphone to the internet.
