Processing Request
Registrations
Due to capacity issues and high demand, some events require registration. The event listing in the monthly calendar or online event listing will indicate if registration is required.
Start Times
Please arrive on time so that everyone can enjoy the event.
Photography and Recording of Patrons
Photos and videos taken at CCPL by staff may be used for promotional materials by the library and its partners. By attending, you consent to media recording, waive rights and royalties and helps us share our wonderful programs and events with the community! If you don’t want to be photographed, please alert a CCPL staff member before the program begins.
Event Capacities
Library meeting rooms have maximum occupancy limits that must be observed at all times. Due to space limitations, it may be necessary for strollers to remain outside of the room during an event. If necessary, staff will direct you to stroller parking areas.
Daycare Centers and Other Large Groups
If you operate a daycare service, please contact your local branch to inquire about attending a program or tour for your group.
