Graham Horsman

Graham Horsman is an attorney, combat veteran, and entrepreneur. He earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law and received undergraduate degrees with honors from the University of Nice Côte d’Azur and Skema Business School in France. 

In his spare time, Graham plays ice hockey and is an avid reader of non-fiction works. He also writes about current events, history, and geopolitics. Graham lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and children.

Graham was appointed to the CCPL Board of Trustees in December 2024.
