June 9, 2022

CCPL has partnered with a registered nurse to provide community health resources and information to patrons. Nurse Hannah Noel-Bouchard will be visiting select branches throughout the summer. Check out the schedule to find out when she'll be at a branch near you. *Please note, Nurse Hannah will not be treating or diagnosing patrons. Please call 911 or visit your nearest hospital or medical provider if you need emergency medical help. Please visit your healthcare provider for other medical care.

Nurse Hannah is conducting surveys to research how libraries can meet community health needs. Let your library nurse know what health issues are most important to you by completing this short survey!

What can Your Library Nurse do for you?

  • Check your Blood Pressure and help start a self-monitoring BP program
  • Diabetes, Hypertension, heart disease, and other health topic education
